The researchers also kept track of the heart rate, calories burnt and oxygen consumption of the students. When researchers concluded the results, they found that all of the tasks were considered moderate to high-intensity physical exercise.
They found digging the highest intensity activity and planting transplant was found as the lowest intensity job. You can burn approximately 300 calories an hour just by gardening. The positive impacts of gardening to our bodies are indubitable, but some people fend off because of the muscle fatigue and cramp after some time of working out.
