Edmiston’, one of the founders of ABSMaterials Inc developed this nano scale organic glass called Osorb, an extreme absorptive which doesn’t absorb water, turned to be one of most effective ingredient in water treatments and oil purification. Since its absorption quality it is being widely used in natural gas fracking sites and for the purification of municipal water, purging chlorinated solvents, toxins and hydrocarbons. Also used in oil spills for petroleum solvents. Osorb highly effective and can be regenerated without any harmful residues for further use.

Corwin Hardham, Kenny Jensen, Damon Vander Lind are the guys behind this project.

Looks like these students had done some pretty impressive job getting 160 MPGE out of a hybrid electric car. The West Philly Hybrid X Team, a group of students from 10th, 11th and 12th with the help of their advisor, Simon Hauger, made this outstanding project.
